11.1 Right of Access You have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you. We will respond to such requests within 20 working days, as required by the Privacy Act 2020.

11.2 Right of Correction If you believe that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, you have the right to request that we correct it.

11.3 Right to Withdraw Consent Where our collection or use of your information is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to your withdrawal.

11.4 Right to Opt Out of Marketing You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us directly.
